The Advil® PM Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. THE ADVIL® PM SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”) IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DC WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER as of March 2, 2008. Employees, officers, directors, advisory board members, and consultants of Wyeth Consumer Healthcare (“Sponsor”), its parent, and any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, web masters/suppliers (and their IRS dependents, immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and individuals residing in their same household (whether or not related)) are not eligible to participate. By participating, entrants (and entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. In the event there is any discrepancy between or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
   
   
   
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on March 2, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on June 1, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
   
   
3. TO ENTER: Visit www.advilpm.com/sweeps or other Sponsor approved Websites (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period, click on the Sweepstakes icon, banner or text link(s) which will take you to the Sweepstakes page. Registrants will be required to provide their full name, complete address, date of birth, and email address followed by answers to a few general survey questions to enter the sweepstakes. Online entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on June 1, 2008 to be eligible. Limit of (1) entry per name/address/ e-mail address. No copies, facsimiles or mechanically reproduced forms of entry permitted.
   
   
   
4. DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about June 13, 2008 from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by mail, overnight mail, and/or phone on or about June 30, 2008. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable. If winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner’s parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
   
   
5. PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize (1): A 6 Day / 5 Night trip for winner and one (1) guest to a resort selected at sponsor’s discretion subject to availability. The prize will include: round-trip coach air transportation (from major commercial airport nearest winner’s U.S. residence) to resort location, double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for five (5) nights, a $1,000 Visa® Gift Card and $1,500 for spa services (awarded in the form of a gift card to winner). In lieu of accepting the travel option, winner can request a $10,000 cash payment (awarded in the form of a check). Travel must be booked at least 45 days in advance of departure date and must be completed by December 31, 2008. Travel/accommodations subject to availability and change. Gift cards subject to terms and conditions thereon. Ground transportation, meals, excursions, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified in these Official Rules are solely the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest. Winner and guest must travel on the same flight itinerary and comply with all security requirements. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. driver’s license or passport) required for travel. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled events (including airline flights) beyond its control. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $10,000. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. First Prize (25): A $100 SpaFinder® Gift Certificate. ARV $100 each. Second Prize (50): An Advil® PM Fleece Blanket and Advil® PM Products. ARV $26 each. Total ARV of all prizes is $13,800. Limit one (1) prize per name/address/household. Gift certificates subject to terms and conditons thereon. This Sweepstakes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SpaFinder, Inc. or Visa Inc.
   
   
   
6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Participants agree (a) that Sponsor, its parent, and any of their respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively “Releasees”) will have no liability whatsoever for, are released from and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse and/or use of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or in Sweepstakes-related activities, and (b) except where legally prohibited, winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission to Sponsor, and those acting under its authority, the right to use his/her name, image, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes at any time or times without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval. Grand Prize winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Grand Prize winner’s guest (if travel option is selected) must complete, sign and return a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, prior to issuance of travel documents. If travel guest is a minor, Releases must be signed (on behalf of the minor) by the minor’s parent/legal guardian, who must accompany minor. If documents are not returned timely, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. All taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of each winner.
   
   
   
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, non-delivered or unintelligible entries or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network or natural, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, automatic (except as stated in these Rules), macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. Releasees are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select the winners from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Releasees are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, and assume no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use to this website. In case of dispute, the authorized account subscriber of the email account used to enter the promotion at the actual time of entry will be deemed the participant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization, which is responsible for assigning email addresses.
   
   IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASEES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE OR DOWNLOADING FROM SAID WEBSITE.
